独家|小红书秘书取消R职级,组织惩办走向扁平化

凤凰网科技讯 (作家/董雨晴)8月16日,凤凰网科技独家获悉,小红书发布全员信秘书转念组织职级,其中包括:不再开导R职级;简化惩办层级,不再开导L0;各级Leader取舍任命制。

小红书在邮件中阐扬,“从组织调研看到成长所带来的熵增。比如组织层级有变深的倾向,信息在传递的进程中层层折损,有打算成果变慢,不够敏捷;比如职级体系更容易带来论资排辈而不是更快地发现一线东谈主才,也莫得最佳地作念实‘让自驱有战场,让成事有报酬’的组织理念。”

此前,R职级可对标阿里P序列,是小红书职位层级的迫切参考坐标。小红书的R5、R6、R7是三个常见的职级,5是主干职工,6一般是小组长,7常为一个小/大部门的慎重东谈主。小红书曾在招聘中示意,R5的最大年齿不擢升32岁,R6的最大不成超34岁。

此外,职级体系转念后,薪酬更胜利地挂钩责任难度,奖金挂钩责任截止。据业内猎头东谈主士分析,互联网公司调薪主要和职级晋升关系,小红书此举将激勉和职级晋升解绑,不错更实时充分地激勉拿到截止的东谈主才。

此前,小红书已训诲了一批新业务慎重东谈主。
